Located in 40 rue Joseph II, this building of 6,225 m² consists of 7 floors above ground and 3 levels of parking.

Fully renovated in 2008 – 2009 by the general contractor CIT blaton, this project was carried out in collaboration with the architectural firm Conix for whom FI Engineering has been Project Manager and special technical design office.

The strengths of this project:

Access for persons with reduced mobility to the entire site with an elevator in the lobby and new PRM-compliant lifts.

An original ground floor with mezzanine floor and multipurpose room with glass roof.

Maximum versatility of rental space with installation of cooled ceilings and dynamic beam for HVAC.
