Delta Loyd Bank

The building located at No. 23 avenue de l’Astronomie, occupied by Delta Lloyd Bank, was partially refurbished in 2012-2013. These renovations, carried out in an occupied building, were designed and coordinated by FI Engineering.

The work consisted mainly in the renovation of completed sanitary areas and offices, floor by floor, requiring the relocation of occupants as work progressed.

On the other hand, from a technical point of view, the project included the renovation of fire detection systems for the entire site, the replacement and upgrade of the BMS (Building Management System) and renovation of the air conditioning units.
